The 1-year warranty covers manufacturing defects, faulty hardware components and system malfunctions. It does not cover physical damage, liquid spills or unauthorised repairs.
How do I claim my warranty?

Can I extend the warranty beyond 1 year?

Are the batteries and chargers covered under warranty?
The 1-year warranty covers hardware defects but does not include battery and charger replacement unless specified. Battery backup varies with usage.
