Buying refurbished online should not feel risky. We offer an exchange on all products for 14 days from purchase.

Exchange available on all products within 14 days of purchase.
No exchange charges
The exchange process does not involve any charges from users.
Inspection first
Our team inspects the returned product before processing the request.
We do not offer returns on our products — only exchanges. Products sent back without an approved request are not eligible for a refund. If anyone asks you for exchange charges, contact our customer support immediately.
Provisions of exchange
- The product must be sent back in the same condition in which it was received.
- If the product is found damaged, altered or missing parts after delivery, we are not liable for the loss.
- Payment receipts and purchase history with us are required as proof of purchase.
- Please remove all personal data from the device before handing it to the delivery partner.
- A different colour received against the ordered colour may not be eligible for exchange.
- For certain products, a professional test visit may be assigned to your billing address; the exchange is processed based on that evaluation.
We reserve the right to update our policies at any time, and the exchange process may vary based on location. Refunds, where applicable, are concluded through the same payment method used for the purchase.
