Refund & Exchange Policy
At Renew Circuits, we stand by the quality of our products and offer a 14-day exchange policy if they do not meet the promised quality standards due to functional defects, incorrect specifications, or missing components.
To initiate an exchange, customers must follow the designated process and ensure the product is returned in its original condition with all components intact. Unauthorized exchanges will not be accepted, and no additional charges apply. If anyone demands an exchange fee, please report it to customer support immediately.
Once we receive the returned product, our team will thoroughly inspect it before approving the exchange or issuing a refund (if applicable).
Refunds are only granted if the issue is due to Renew Circuits' error and will be processed through the original payment method. Some products may require an on-site evaluation at the customer’s billing address before approval.
