Hesitant to buy refurbished devices online? We offer an exchange on all our products for 14 days of your purchases. If you are not satisfied with our products or find the products do not match the quality standards as conveyed by us. Go through our policies or reach out to us at info@renewcircuits.com

In case of request acceptance, you are required to follow a certain process to exchange the package safely to us. Products exchanged without any requests are not eligible for refund. The exchange process does not involve any charges from users. If certain personnel ask you for exchange charges, connect to our customer support service.

We do not offer returns on our products.

Provisions of Return/Exchange

In order to be eligible for an Exchange, you have to send the product in the same condition as received. If the product is found to have damaged, changed, or lost parts after delivery we are not liable for the loss.

After we receive the product, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. As proof of purchase, the buyer must have payment receipts and a history of purchase with us.

If your device contains any personal information, Please ensure to remove all the personal data prior to handling it to the delivery partner.

If you receive a different color of the product that has been ordered you might not be eligible for an exchange.

For certain products, we might assign a professional test visit to your billing address. The Exchange will be processed based on the evaluation process.

We reserve the right to update and change our policies at any period of time. Our Exchange process may be wary in compliance with the location. The payment refund will be concluded through the same payment method as used if any uncertainties occur from Renew Circuits.
